Why Sparks Fly?
Hi! I’m Jasmine Minbashian and I’m passionate about helping big ideas come to life. After more than 25 years leading nonprofits, building coalitions, and driving environmental and community initiatives, I know how hard it can be to juggle vision, people, and practical realities. I also know what it feels like to hire a consultant and hope they’ll actually help lighten the load. My goal is to be the person who listens, rolls up her sleeves, and helps your team make real progress.
My approach is practical, direct, and kind. I focus on building trust, improving communication, and helping teams work better together. I won’t tell you what you should do — I’ll help you discover what you can do right now, with the resources and people you already have.
The name Sparks Fly comes from my daughter’s wise, spunky pony and from the energy that happens when people connect in positive, creative ways. When collaboration feels good, sparks of possibility fly. That’s when the hardest work starts to feel doable.
